Knight Of Shadows Posted June 20, 2011 #244 Share Posted June 20, 2011 (edited) Not even close erix .. he hinted the blame on the people .. he did not admit that security forces and army have humilated tortured killed civilians .. he did not admit any mistakes neither apologized to any mistakes he simply blamed it on the conspircy and i can proudly say with that speech his popularity dropped dramatically it didn't address any mistakes anything done by goverment it's over .. he's over .. that speech gave reason to people to go protest more than ever and they started the min he finished that speech .. i can honestly say .. he deserve every thing that comes at him .. after this speech all that the people hoped for was an admission to mistakes .. and an apology but it seems like that was too much Edited June 20, 2011 by Knight Of Shadows

Let them just kill each other off, maybe is really better that way. Or maybe they know if they get involved the protesters will automatically side with the Syrian government, no matter what was done to them, in other to fight off the foreign invaders. Plus as it has been pointed out no one in Syria asked for any outside help. Those in Libya did.

We can't bring any of those people into a democratic free society. They'll have to do it themselves.
