I'd love to see one of these land at the polar cap and get some samples.

Curiousity is landing in the Cydonia region, correct? We can finally fix what Hoagland started!

Wrong.

The final landing site has not been selected yet, but it has been narrowed down to four finalists; Eberswalde Crater, Mawrth Vallis, Holden Crater and Gale Crater. None of these locations are in the Cydonia region.
