Varelse Posted October 15, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Texas has Scientists?!?! NASA. And Texas Tech. And ...well...I guess that's it. But that's texas. They're trying to make god happy so it will rain again and don't need any godless scientists showering them with the reality of their dire straights. Travelling Man Posted October 17, 2011 #4 Share Posted October 17, 2011 I only have one comment about this story. What they described was NOT censorship. It was blatant misinformation and propaganda... NOT censorship. Censorship would just have parts not included. What Texas did was REWRITE sections - as well as not include info. This is MUCH worse. Grandpa Greenman Posted October 17, 2011 #5 Share Posted October 17, 2011 I agree much worse than censorship. Good for the scientists for speaking out, though. Remember this when you go to the poles, my fellow Americans.
