__Kratos__ Posted October 31, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 31, 2011 These stories just fit so perfectly as I saw them I had to laugh. Perry urges repeal of New Hampshire gay marriage law (Reuters) - Texas Governor Rick Perry pressed a conservative social agenda at an appearance in New Hampshire, calling for the repeal of the state's 2009 law legalizing same-sex marriage. Perry also praised efforts in the state to end funding for birth control and health services for low-income women provided by Planned Parenthood in the state. The comments were made late Friday at an event in Manchester sponsored by conservative activist group Cornerstone Action. Who out there had 72 days in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries marriage pool? Raise your hands now, because you might have just won the $17 million question. TMZ is reporting that Kim K is expected to file for divorce Monday from her husband, and she'll cite the cause as "irreconcilable differences," and list the day of separation as Oct. 31, 2011. Also, Ryan Seacrest offered up a tweet confirming the news, saying Kardashian is filing for divorce. The trouble-in-paradise rumor mill has been churning overtime on this one, and the couple's decision to spend Halloween apart (how dare a couple not spend this important holiday together!) seemed to be a final nail in the coffin. Travelling Man Posted October 31, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 31, 2011 Report: Kim Kardashian expected to file for divorce today!TMZ is reporting that Kim K is expected to file for divorce Monday from her husband, and she'll cite the cause as "irreconcilable differences," and list the day of separation as Oct. 31, 2011. Irreconcilable differences? After 72 days? She doesn't even KNOW all of their potential differences in that short a time - nor has she given any effort to FIX them to KNOW if they are irreconcilable. It isn't the gays that are destroying marriage... it's idiots of ALL flavors.
rashore Posted October 31, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 31, 2011 I have no idea what Kim and Kris getting divorced has to do with Perry urging the repeal of New Hampshire law? I also don't know what Perry has to do with New Hampshire law either- can't the guy stay in his own state? Last I heard, John Lynch was governor of New Hampshire, not Perry. Travelling Man Posted October 31, 2011 #4 Share Posted October 31, 2011 Come on... you know. Teh Ghey marriage will destroy all that we know about life in general, and marriage should be between a man and a woman because that's what God intended, and straight people deserve a "special" thing that isn't dirtied by thsoe evil homosexuals... or something like that. Oh poo, that ole crap. God intended virgin rape victims to be married to their rapists but the rapist must pay the father 50 shekels of silver for the property loss, for men to marry their brothers widows, for men to have wives and concubines, for men to get sex slaves,er, wives, as spoils of war (but only virgins), and for the forced marriage and sexual relations of slaves by the digression of the slaves owner too... PTTHT, yack. Geez, the only reason why hetrosexual divorce can be held up as grounds against the sanctity of marriage is because homosexuals have never been allowed to marry for long enough for there to be historical data. I say let all gay marriage be totally legal and say in 100 years from now, let the numbers speak for themselves. But by then most people will be so used to gay marriage they probably won't care what the divorce statistics are anymore anyway. We would likely have other stupid issues with other things that people do that's none of our personal business instead. I still fail to see why Perry is sticking his nose into New Hampshire business. The guy needs to tend to his own state and leave other governors states alone.
Princess Serenity Posted October 31, 2011 #6 Share Posted October 31, 2011 [shakes head] Perry has no business in New Hempshire. Who gave him premission? I hope the law stays. Perry's a jerk.
