It is decriminalized. You are not allowed legally to grow it but if you are caught with an ounce and under there is supposedly no criminal record and most police will let you keep it. Harper thinks he's king here and changing the law will do more good than harm. The guy's an idiot. He's in Americas' back pocket... Israel too. He's a flake with a sword. Oh well, live by the sword.....
