Sir Wearer of Hats Posted November 30, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2011 You know what the biggest problem education faces in America? It's not lack of support from the government, or lack of support from the families of the children ... it's the fact that schools get funding based on their performance on standardised (spits) tests ... the better they do the more funding they get. How in the name of all that's Holy does that improve education?
