Other - acoustic energy might have been one. Although it couldn't have been the only one.

It must have been awful to have a foot trapped under a stone once the energy left the block. Auch, dudes keep on lifting, please!

Did anyone else get a visual image of John Candy (Maug?) from "Spaceballs" when reading that last post? It's the scene where

Yougurt is lifting the huge statue of himself with the power of the "Schwartz"and it lands on Maug's foot!!

That's it; the pyramids were built using the power of the Schwartz!!
