Not currently an option, and who knows when it might become one?

Also, despite what we see in science fiction, I do not foresee nanomachines as a 'cure-all' for various physical ailments and conditions, such as calcium-leaching from bone. The machines would be extremely simple - a necessary adjunct of their miniscularity - and complex 'programming' would be extremely unlikely.

We will need to be able to go so far past our solar system to get a new chance It boggles the mind. But If we Look at just becoming star travelers ,in the vastness of space then just maybe we could pull that off ! Just Remember to Take Lots of TANG !
