UM-Bot Posted March 25, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2012 http://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/images/newsitems/hannareitsch.jpg Peter Fotis Kapnistos: Some called her the mother of suicide missions. Was she the first recorded person in space? She was the first woman to ever fly a helicopter, a jet fighter, and a manned rocket. She was hired to develop “suicide aircraft” and to organize a Nazi project where pilots were to fly warheads and perish during their missions. But her fortune was desolate. Her supposed lover, Robert Ritter von Greim, committed suicide only days after becoming the last commander of the Luftwaffe (German Air Force). Her father reportedly killed her mother, her sister, and her sister’s children before committing suicide in the final days of the war. Her name was Hanna Reitsch and she was an eye-catching participant in one of the most inglorious suicide riddles of all time.View: Full Article

Erudite Celt Posted May 22, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 22, 2012 Just another Nazi obsessed with her Führer and the glory of the third Reich. She even risked her life to save the inbred b****** when he was holed up in the Führerbunker. It's a great shame that this woman survived the war and the gallows. Never once showing remorse for her dedicated role in Goebbels propaganda machine. I hope she's burning in hell.
