This topic I have started as a follow on from Sleep Paralysis as I dont think its the same thing.

During some visions I have while I am awake, sometimes I experience some sort of paralysis where I Feel numb all over but with a sort of tingling senation, especially sometimes when there is a spirit present.

I will be able to see what is going on but I cannot move, its almost as if Im looking into some kind of story.

Any thoughts on this???
