So are they saying they could paint something that looks like a battery then stick em in a tv remote or something and it would power it

So internal pacemakers?

My brother says biggest problem with artifical hearts is powering them and teh surgery required to change batteries. This way, all you have to do is spray the battery in and when the battery needs to be changed spray the solvent in and then spray in a new battery.
