That's the best you can do. No evidence no nothing - just your've lost touch with reality.

I love your type - you deny the conclusions of science with one breath and then invoke science/engineering to claim that there are no problems in the world which cannot be solved through science. You probably can't see the irony.

I would take the time and trouble to supply supporting evidence for every one of my claims, but you would ignore them and do nothing to counter their legitamacy. You would continue to make unsupported rhetorical claims. As such I would be wasting both of our times. If you want to continue to debate please repeat your statement and support it with legitimate scientific evidence.

Again, you show that your view of reality is distant from whats real.

what do you expect from glorified tax dodgeing salesman?every salesman i have ever come across when faced with facts wiggles and dodges like mr right wing just ignore him.

you should be a detective and thanks for the compliment :)

Yeah, it's a compliment because Marxism has worked so well whenever it was tried. How does it feel to know that wherever your core beliefs have been tried it has always ended in dismal and utter failure and sometimes killed millions in the process? Is that why you are such an angry boy or are you a marxist because you were an angry little boy before? I'd guess the latter.

Marxism has some fundamental flaws -

1. It requires atheism to be true - This is at odds with people who believe in God or those that have had a religious experience. Its also at odds with large areas of philosophy and requires people to believe they are mere robots. Communist regimes often try cracking down on the religious and intellectuals because of this but they always fail. The reason is lots of people will not be forced into believing the atheism lie not matter how many you Pol Pot.

2. No Government - A society of 5 people might function without a hierarchy and central government but when we are talking millions of people it would be a disaster. Society would collapse into disorder and there would be a vastly inefficient distribution of resources.

3. Motivation - When no one owns anything and doesnt receive any personal benefit for working harder or getting an education then they usually dont. Productivity and entrepreneurship fall away. Those that are lazy put little in but take lots out.

4. Equality - People are not equals they come in a wide range of shapes, sizes and abilities. When you force everybody to be the same it causes the same problem mentioned in number 3.

I think a political party based on Marxism should be one which is made illegal. Marxism is the negative mans ideology. Their mentality has made them negative towards religion, negative towards themselves, negative towards others, negative towards society and this is where their nonsense political beliefs originate from. As the USSR found out such a state is a disaster.

It absolutely is. America is, by far, the richest country to ever exist and its people have enjoyed one of the highest standards of living in history. Only recently has the virulently left wing, progressive faction begun to attain the goal they have been pursuing since Wilson. Obama has tried and is still trying to destroy the capitalist Americs. Why, I have no idea but neither can I explain angry little boys like smurf, all I know is that they must be denied or AMerica will end up a cesspool like every other socialist/progressive country. We'll take care of that in November

America is so heavily in debt it will eventually default and destroy the world economic system. Its prosperity is based upon that debt and on military aggression in pursuit of resources.

That debt has risen as a consequence of following the right wing agenda under the Bush administration predominantly (the trickle down myth of not taxing the rich). It is not the left who have destroyed America as a viable country - it is the right.

Funny people.

PS. - by the way, the polls look very bad for the Republicans - you seem to be living in deep denial.

The conversation we're having is about having skin in the game. The simple fact is that unless your personal lifespan is in danger of being reduced due to living in crushing poverty - then you don't actually have any real skin in the game.

Are you saying that when I spend a dangerous week up on a high roof to earn money that I then pay taxes from that I don't have any skin in the game? What an insult. Being dependent isn't the same as having skin in the game. Skin in the game means having an investment or contribution towards something, [ie taxes, work, societal contribution.] That poor guy might eat tonight because I went to work and literally risked my skin so he could use my tax money to eat yet he has more skin in the game than I? Crazy. He may have more of a concern for the game but that isnt having skin in it.

The fact that most of the world can be personally affected by what happens in America is a testament to our greatness and the greatness of capitalism. It's been this progressive move to "be like the rest of the world" that is crushing us.

the same could be said of china a very communist country which in another 10 to 20 years will be the worlds biggest financial power and most likely the worlds most powerfull military super power.

this is not something i am looking forward to either but the reality is there.

mentioning greatness makes you sound like some british empire era lord or something its not cool to spout on about ones own greatness.

I mention our greatness often because

A ) it's true

B ) foreigners here are constantly bashing us and I have no shame telling them we are great and asking what gives them the right to cast stones

China isn't growing through greatness though. They are growing through oppression and theft. Not too different from the old world of kings and classes that we successfully told to ef off a couple centuries ago. They may proclaim greatness but they'll never achieve it.

Excuse me the wars are a result of the terrorists attacking New York and the Pentagon.

And Smurf, you know full well the reason why there are Global Debt problems is because of the socialist project in Europe called the EU.

Now is the time for the West to get rid of the EU, Obamacare, the NHS and all bits of socialism holding us back.

Iraq had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks on America - if you knew any history you would realize that.

The EU doesn't set social provision policy - that is a function of national Government. The EU has no social provision programs apart from structural aid. The EU contains all shades of national Government from social democratic to overtly right wing.

Obamacare is a flawed effort because it fails to emulate the more cost effective model of Canada and the UK. Before you bother to reply to this statement - please show me the evidence which refutes the evidence I supplied to which proves this. If you simply restate your unsupported position I will call you a liar.

You really do love to distort reality to you bizarre beliefs

America has sponged off the Chinese for about two decades now - the Chinese own America. I would call that greatness in a way.

You should look into the game GO to understand the Chinese strategy for greatness.

I am no fan of China, but then again I am no fan of America or the UK. All are expansionist and Colonial in outlook.

The point is that you are factually wrong about the current status of America as a great state. It maybe a great military state - but it is a terminally holed economic state with debts it cannot meet.

Refusal to acknowledge that fact is not actually a point of semantic disagreement - it is a fundamental analysis of the reality of the situation.

The Roman Empire was a great military state - but eventually it was brought low by economic mismanagement and political corruption. The same fate is inevitable for the USA with its current trajectory.

It's not so much of a refusal to acknowledge as it is more of an 'it's none of your business' type of stance towards outsiders. I can fight with my brother or close friends all I want and vice-versa but if an outsider steps in you tell him mind your own business we'll handle this. Know what I'm saying?

And again, our biggest problem is trying to be like the rest of the world. We are far better being exceptional and different.

If it was purely an internal matter for the United States then I might agree with you. As it is the failure of the US to manage its economy will have profound implications for every citizen on the planet. As such it is not just a matter for internal debate.

Unfortunately the US chose to establish a world spanning empire - that makes it all our business to be concerned about America.
