My house this time last summer was covered in so many orange japanese ladybugs it looked like a living wall. You couldn't see the brick through them. Insane! And this was in the states. Yeah this probably happened because they have a chemical defense (you know when you pick them up and the 'pee' on you?) It is actually there blood they eject it out there knee joints.
