Life is a sh1t sandwich: the more bread you eat, the less sh1t you taste.

I always find that some saying in Latin sounds a lot better than in my own language, lol:

Merda taurorum animas conturbit

BS baffles the brains

Multi famam, conscientiam, pauci verentur

Many fear their reputation, few their conscience

Cuius testiculos habeas, habeas cardia et cerebellum

When you have them by the balls, the heart and mind will follow

Primum viveri deinde philosophari

Live before you philosophize

But this one sounds best in English:

If you can't bedazzle them with your brilliance, then baffle them with your bs.

Some of you are pretty dark!

I was thinking more along the lines of "A good deed is it's own reward"

This one is pretty true!

"The rain falls on the just and the unjust alike"

You forgot the second part... "So don't pee down my back and tell me it's raining."

(lol)

Live and let live.

It can't rain all the time.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery.

Adapted from the MST3K Mantra: "It's just life; I should really just relax."

And of course: Nex prius vestis! (Death before clothing)

And my favorite of all time: Don't remember where I was. I realized life was a game. The more seriously I took things. The harder the rules became.

I don't have any mantras but do have core beliefs which are usually unstated but I live my life according to them, naturally, by default.

I actually like Mondays.

I don't like cliches or living life as if it were one.

Action/Inaction and the consequences thereof..

For dog lovers.... a tired puppy is a good puppy..... walk your dogs!

Those are my most important two mantras...but the latter falls under the first...just think about it.

Live and let live.

It can't rain all the time.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery.

And today is a gift, that is why it is called the present.
