Anime fan Anastasiya Shpagina has transformed herself into a living cartoon character, complete with miniature waist, vividly-coloured hair, and a cupid's bow pout. I'm not sure how to achieve any anime look since her eyeballs can't change size and she would be dumb to try. The most they can do is snip her eyelids or something.
