JGirl Posted October 11, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2012 how about just learning the old fashioned way? i bet ' conscious learning' is superior to any 'easy' method. i don't believe that subliminal messages have any lasting effect on the recipient, (if they have any at all) so the learn while you sleep method sounds like bunk to me.
