Sure do.

I can jump higher then a building.

Depends on how high the building is.

I can be in more then one place at a time.

Yea, my feet are in one place and my head another

I can walk on water.

If the temperature is well below zero.

I can stop a speeding bullet.

Of course later I will be dead.

I can manipulate time.

Not hard if you know how to use the little knobs on the watch.

I can snatch a arrow in mid flight.

That hurts.

Oh wait.... everybody can do these :P

Everyone is special in the sense of being unique and original. When it comes to special abilities, well that's a complex question. There certainly are people who either through training or by a happy accident of birth can do things far beyond normal people, see power lifters and marathon runners, but if your talking about super natural powers like seeing the future or manipulating the weather then no.
