Medium Mary Ann Winkowski ,has written a cook book ,completely comprised of recipes she has received from the dearly departed ,over the years . She would go to people's houses,and chat with spirits there,and document old family recipes they would give her .She says she sees ghosts as clearly as she sees the living .
