I am contemplating becoming a mason.

Hi White Unicorn,

Yes i agree there were many good masons in the American Civil War that risked their lives to help slaves, it was a horrid war, and put brother against brother, John Wilkes Booth's brother Edwin Booth was also a mason but hated slavery, if you turn the page to 2 and 3 of link below, New York Times posted how suicidal he was regarding his brothers actions:-

http://www.nytimes.com/1865/06/04/news/local-intelligence-street-cleaning-commission-roposals-for-cleaning-streets.html

I did a lot of research on this some time back, my work is shown on link below:-

http://www.mauricefernandez.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2094&start=0

Two pages.

Strangely the wife of Tony Blair, a recent Prime Minister of UK is related to John Wilkes Booth, Cherie Blair's maiden name was Booth.

Hi White Unicorn,

I like Ohio good masons they seem very honest, firstly so what if masons put symbols in the street plan of Washington DC, no one admits it, it didn't hurt anyone!

No such trouble when honest, as in Sandusky, Ohio, you don't get conspiracy theories about Kilbourne Plat, as it is all open and not a secret, link below:-

I'm with you on that one it's only when something is called secret then comes the conspiracies and usually way off target.

This thread isn't finished, we have so much more to debate, indeed i'm very ill now but hope to be here for a few more years, history is complicated regarding greed with any religion, i have tried to make a path with debate with White Unicorn, ok i like three Degree masons, but am not clear with over, it is a minefield, however at least i have contact with White Unicorn, don't think for one moment i will be attacking three degrees without looking at wider implications to usaul religion, nothing that masons do within three degrees is different to wider religion!

Like any other religion, we make choices after a certain point, it is all esoteric after a certain point!

Do you really think that Otto Von Bismarck was a psychic, please note quote comes long before W.W.1., he was a good politician, he saw the signs, we can't govern our selves better than democracy, it is the only way, but obviously it is slow and has many problems, many 3 degree masons have died in this approach, knowing full well that it can be corrupted, hell show a better method, i'm only protecting masons before/but not after 3 degrees.

Hi White Unicorn,

I find it so funny that people connect Illuminati with three degree masons, hell they fight each other as much as any philosophy or belief, we saw it in American Civil War, and we saw it during the Revolution, when American masons fought English ones, it can be like cat and dog like Protestant/Catholic wars, however some fringe groups can do a lot of damage, not connected to regular masons, thus i think Black Hand Society was a fringe group, every three degree organization knew not to mess in Serbian politics, it wasn't only Bismarck that saw this could cause another war in Europe.

I think Colonel Dragutin Dimitrijevic was a very evil man, there are signs that he knew hermetic philosophy, he had a code name of APIS or THE BEE, obviously main and fringe masonic philosophy has symbolism regarding BEEHIVES and THE BEE! Also the name APIS has a strong connection to Osiris hermetic philosophy, links below:-

http://net.lib.byu.edu/estu/wwi/bio/d/dragutin.html

You will note that he was convicted and shot on above link on 24th JUNE 1917, that looks like masons convicted him and had him shot, and good job, obviously 24th June is ST. John's Day, so important to good masons, link below:-

http://www.masonicworld.com/education/files/stjohndays.htm

Apis interpretation below:-

http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/29660/Apis

I'll continue soon!

Hi White Unicorn,

I would never place Dragutin Dimitrijevic within regular 3 degree freemasonry, i'm almost sure he was a mad fringe group, but any mason finds it easy to join fringe unsavoury organizations after gaining 3 degrees....i think the main body must regulate better, obviously i would never join Anders Behring Breivik to main body, or the regular lodge in Norway he gained 3 degrees from, i have no idea if Pauperes Commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici exists but it is what he talks about, link below:-

http://publicintelligence.net/anders-behring-breiviks-complete-manifesto-2083-a-european-declaration-of-independence

You need a public notice board on unsavoury fringe groups or good masons may not exist by the end of century, i think that would be a shame, apart from gold dust information about other religious ideas, lets be clear the ancient Library of Alexandria no longer exists..... we will never be able to look in Vatican archive!!!!

I'll get more in depth about World War One next, firstly we won't be looking at star alignments yet, but anniversaries that look intentional, this could come from many different religious ideas that was put into operation, i hate war being controlled in the manner i will show on next thread section, whatever fringe groups were involved!

Maybe someone whispered in his shell-like that an open forum is not the place to be making enquiries about membership of a Fraternal 'secret society'.

Point one with fringe groups!

Vidovdan is very important regarding Balkans, and date of assassination of Arch-duke Ferdinand which triggered W.W.1. was probably intentional, obviously Serbia is in that region, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vidovdan

Obviously Treaty of Versailles was signed on 28th June 1919,.......how did that happen?

Point number 2 with fringe groups, there is evidence that Germany was trying to surrender days or even a month before the Armistice, but a Harry Potter type wanted his numerology put in place, 11 is a master number in numerology, ever thought that the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month 1918, is a bit weird?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armistice_Day

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armistice_with_Germany

Many thousands of soldiers died waiting for the laying down of arms, it would be dark humour to think that this was about numerology????

IT DOESN'T END THERE........The Patron Saint of Soldiers is St. Martin of Tours, his feast day is 11th November, and was so for countless centuries before W.W.1., great shame for the many soldiers that died while a Harry Potter wanted his numerology and symbolism to feast day to be noted in history, i'm sick noting this!

http://catholicfire.blogspot.co.uk/2008/11/feast-of-st-martin-of-tours-patron.html

We see now why Ottoman Empire declared war on 11th November 1914 against Christian Soldiers!

http://www.nzhistory.net.nz/media/photo/ottoman-empire-declares-war

I'll be back tomorrow!

America never did sign the Treaty of Versailles, they signed a separate treaty with Germany, if you look at top of link below, i'm sure you know that in law signed copies must be exchanged to have ratification, this happened in Berlin, obviously you can guess date!

http://en.wikisource...ny_Peace_Treaty

11th November 1921, in Berlin, it does seem a little intentional, doesn't it?

Eleven isn't the only master number in numerology, 22 is as well, for those that have beliefs, link below:-

http://www.tokenrock...ter_numbers.php

Perhaps we can find other intentional dates....funny thing is i have 22nd November 1963 rolling around my head, can't seem to remember who died on that day....spooked yet?

In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII stopped the Julian Calendar to start the Gregorian Calendar, ten days were taken out as a corrective device because of the errors of the Julian Calendar, leap days were readjusted so now we will not need any further tinkering for approx. 3,000 years, obviously this created problems regarding feast days of saints, some were changed, some were not, adding ten days which is what happens if you take ten days out of calendar.

One Feast of a saint that wasn't adjusted was St Johns Day so important to masons, in Julian Calendar it is 24th June, and after Gregorian adjustment it remained 24th June.

http://www.masonicworld.com/education/files/stjohndays.htm

Obviously this depends on what calendar you follow, June has 30 days, so add ten days, what date do you get?

Egyptian sunrise day marker shown below for American Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia, and Cornerstone for Washington Monument in Washington DC, you will see that Alnilam, Osiris star rises with the Sun at both locations at obviously different years, astronomy graph below:-

On previous pages we have looked at The House of the Temple and found it is aligned to the Isis Star Sirius, lets look at another strange temple that doesn't exist now in London, however it was near Freemasons' Hall in Great Queen Street.

The site was called Isis-Urania Temple and was given it's charter on 1st March 1888 in London, it was the Temple of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermetic_Order_of_the_Golden_Dawn

The date of charter can be found on links below:-

You may find link below interesting:-

Egyptian sunrise day marker was used on 1st March 1888 in London for Isis-Urania Temple, as dawn, sunrise happened, Alnilam, Belt of Orion and Osiris star was aligned to the Nadir, graph on link below:-

Very similar to many alignments in Washington DC ha ha!

Knights Templar and Knights of Malta Degrees:

"The Knights Templar & Knights of Malta degrees include vows taken on a Human skull, the crossed swords, the curse and death wish of Judas of having the head cut off and placed on top of a church spire, unholy communion, and drinking from a Human skull in many rites."

There are some more, but thats enough for now.

This whole entire thread, and here I am. Banging my head on my laptop at this. Utter bupkiss about both monastic knight orders, and the Pope himself recanted his condemnation of the Knights Templar. Phillip the Fair is the one that put him up to it, because he was in hock up to his eyeballs and thought kidnapping a pope was a wonderful idea.

It's really annoying to be an honest student of the Templars when stuff like this keeps popping up, and it keeps getting perpetuated.

Edited because goodness grief I didn't mean to quote the whole thing.

Hi Draugr,

Yes Philip the Fair did start a lot of superstition when he arrested Jacques de Molay on Friday 13th October 1307, please scroll down to "Arrest and Charges" on link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacques_de_Molay

When the knights used it again when they galloped into Washington DC, they made sure it was a Saturday ha ha!

Thus why date of start of construction of the White House is 13th October 1792, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House

Midnight day marker was used, obviously Sirius was rising at location, they like aligning Sirius, astronomy graph below:-

I'm seriously doubtful the Templars actually survived the arrests in France, tbh. The ones that got out of the country before they could be arrested for the most part blended in with the others, like the Hospitallers and the Teutonic Knights, because, really, when you joined the Templars, you gave up everything else, so they had nowhere else to go. I especially doubt they became the Free Order of Masons, despite what a lot of people seem to believe. Some of them just...Went home, if they could, or left the country, because England (and Spain, I believe?) at the time were pretty much , "LOL K cool story bro" at Phillip's little hissyfit.

Well, I say little hissyfit, but many, many Templars were tortured horrifically and put to death because of it. But. You know.

And that's not including the Knights themselves. They had squires and other assorted members that probably just...Faded back into the populace as best they could. Personally, I refuse to believe they had any part in history after that unless there's some more solid evidence.

The past tends to do that. You can't run and escape from it, only confront it.

Except that it's patently false. Phillip IV was very good at propaganda and had a good reason (in his mind) for spreading it: He owed the Templars so much money even the Pope chewed him out for being a spendthrift. Check it: The very same Pope later recanted to the good King Phillip (only called 'the Fair' because he was blond, because for all other purposes he was a real jerk) and rescinded his original condemnation.

This is psuedo-history that has absolutely no place in honest historical arguments. There isn't an ounce of truth behind it except from (guess who?) Phillip.

Edit for I am English real good.

Hi Draugr,

If you doubt that Templars did not infiltrate freemasons, go pick on them, as this comes from them, Harry Truman was elected a honorary Grand Master of the International Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay!

http://www.pagrandlo...nts/truman.html

It is probable that they learned star lore from them, much used in Washington DC.

http://en.wikipedia....y_International

You can see if you scroll down link below to "What is Freemasonry" that Templars, and the ancient Mysteries of Orpheus, Isis and Eleusis are mentioned, if you scroll down to "Ceremonial and Inner Energies", it mentions MAGIC:-

http://comasonic.net/

Go pick on them, hell i haven't even shown how it was aligned to Sirius yet ha ha!

They took a lot of tenants from Templars, yes, but you notice they certainly don't follow all of them (of which there were literally hundreds of rules and regulations). Otherwise they'd never speak to women, own no property of their own, cut themselves off from their families, and sleep with lights on in group homes. I believe the Masons were inspired by the Templars, but the end of the Templars can be very well-tracked through the historical record, and they are no more, not even as the Masons.
