Althalus Posted February 7, 2003 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2003 GLASGOW (Reuters) - Goalscorers in Scotland who in the opinion of referees celebrate excessively will in future receive a yellow card, the Scottish Football Association (SFA) has said. The SFA, which has written to all the clubs in Scotland to explain the new guidelines, said in a statement on Friday that they had decided to act because of concerns about crowd disorder and safety.
