Big Bad Voodoo Posted November 18, 2012 Author #2 Share Posted November 18, 2012 1 square-Roman Letters for space 2 These all actually stand for the letter E. It’s a way to confuse codebreakers 3 The Copiale’s more unusual symbols denote words, not letters—in this case, “Oculist” and “society.”
Big Bad Voodoo Posted November 18, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted November 18, 2012 Always loved cryptographers. Wonder will this help to deschipher Voynich Manuscript as video suggests.
Imaginarynumber1 Posted November 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted November 18, 2012 That's pretty cool. Good find, L. I've always liked Kryptos. Sure it doesn't have any of the real mystery behind it that say, the Voynich manuscript, for example, does, but it still cool, nonetheless.

pallidin Posted November 22, 2012 #8 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Being only 250 years-old, I could imagine there being some continuation of that "society" Just an opinion, of course.
Abramelin Posted November 22, 2012 #9 Share Posted November 22, 2012 (edited) Always loved cryptographers. Wonder will this help to deschipher Voynich Manuscript as video suggests. Very interesting post, the -L-. And cryptography is one of the MAIN reasons I am interested in the Oera Linda Book. I think that there is some hidden message in that 19th century fabrication. Yes, the language is Old Frisian, I can read it, and it purports to be an ancient manuscript of a unknown European civilization. But I just feel there are messages hidden in that text. It uses a script of 32 characters (but 2 characters are not explained). Every page consists of 32 lines, but 2 pages are lost. Add to that that Cornelis Over de Linden, the owner of the book, was into Freemasonry, and then.... http://rodinbook.nl/olbmanuscript001-050.html .
