There are no alignment going on. It's full of ...it. The Earth is about 30 years out before alining with the galactic plane ... just google it.

it's based on the "theories" of Dr Joshua Stone who achieved some fame in the 90's with his books and his "ascended master teachings" which is basically a mishmash of Buddhism and Christianity and psudo science. Oh just on a note Dr Stone later told everyone aliens were looking after us all.

I love the idea of 5D body attunement. I think some1 needs to look into M theory
