As the title says, just post up a word you think sounds funny, maybe explain about it if it's a weird one.

My first pick would have to be 'kinkajou' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinkajou).

There's a road that comes of one of our freeways named Mandjoogoordap Road. You should see how wide the road sign is.
