William J. Kiehl. Questions later put to Mr. Kiehl about the small men he observed yielded the following information:

They appeared to be four feet tall or under, were dressed in tight-fitting suits which revealed their human shapes, and which appeared iridescent, for they were green or purple as they moved about in the late afternoon sunlight. Each of the "men" wore a box-shaped or square yellow headpiece.

Kiehl could not discern what the three were doing, but noted that while they, like the other three, were wearing square yellow headgear, their clothing - what could be seen - was khaki-colored.

A university student was standing in her living room by a balcony overlooking the sea when she noticed to the right of the balcony a gaseous form, white in color with two pulsating lights, one at each end, one red the other green. It descended onto the surface of the water and became a very bright large neon like white light, that reflected on the surface of the water. The witness attempted to wake her parents but they continued to sleep. Then she noticed two short figures standing in the garden at the adjacent apartment. Both were wearing dark gray tight fitting outfits, were very thin with large squarish heads. They turned a corner moving as if in slow motion and in a limping manner, disappearing down an alleyway. Moments later the bright white light that by now was very near the breakwater, vanished.

well Id have thought the obvious thing was....they were divers... they were seen out at sea handling a hose...and walking funny? Well look at the flippers on the feet in above image!!

Another one....

Location. Viale, Entre Rios, Argentina
Date: September 1986


Time: afternoon


Independent witnesses reported encountering in a very inaccessible wooded area tall silvery-white garbed thin humanoids wearing large square helmets with opaque visors. One of the witnesses was in a horse and attempted to approach the humanoids but these disappeared quickly into the brush, walking or floating at a very fast rate of speed. They appeared not to be able to bend their knees as they moved. The witness followed the figures but they had vanished into thin air. Around the same time an unknown object or meteor leaving behind a multicolored plume reportedly crashed into the woods.
