Simple, list 3 things you like or that are positive about religion and 3 things you dislike or are negative about religion.

Note: like and positive are not the same thing, neither is dislike and negative but answer how you feel more comforable

1) Group or society

Positive: Support and comfort of the group

Negative: control over the group

2) Creator

Positive: It is communication with GOD.

Negative: It is Man's interpretation of GOD which may not be accurate.

3) Religion

Positive: Faith

Negative: Dogma

Positive:

1. Can give a sense of inner peace and meaning in the world

2. Answers questions not easily resolved by science (what happens after death, etc.)

3. Sense of community with others

Negative:

1. Abuse of power by those in charge of the religion

2. Can cause people to not question authority (papal infallibility)

3. False sense of security (I can do what I want rest of the week as long as I go to church on Sunday)

1) Personal growth

2) Sense of community

3) Altruism.

Negative:

1) Blasphemy laws.

2) Twisted morailty.

3) The rejection of logic and science.

I think I like Darkwinds positives

My negatives'

1. Hierarchies

2. False prophets leading masses (and other religious abuse)

3. Harsh clash of comprehension between people who can't agree - leading to hate between parties (separatism)

Positive: paradise

Negative: "Not on the list -- next."

Positive: a holy book to guide me

Negative: misinterpretation

Positive: piety

Negative: disrepectful to other people's belief systems and hypocrisy
