Grave of medieval knight found

The grave of a medieval knight and the site of a monastery have been found under an Edinburgh car park.

Archaeologists made the discoveries, with dozens of other artefacts, during the excavation of a building site in the city's Old Town.

A slab of sandstone, decorated with carvings of the Calvary cross and an ornate sword which signalled that it was the grave of a knight or other nobleman, was unearthed.

You have to remember that Oklahoma is a bit bigger than England (believe it or not); it's young (adimitted into the US in 1907); and it has a population of just 4 million, whereas England currently has 53 million denizens. So you can see how old and overcrowded England is.

Imagine all the people who have lived and died in little but overcrowded England.

We just don't have the space that Americans do.

The cross shown on that footage isn't a 'Calvary Cross' as stated, but a 'Floriate Cross' which was used regularly (but not exclusively) by the Templar Knights.
