Tonight I had leftovers for supper.

I usually can't get excited about leftovers. How about you?

Tonight it's meatloaf for me.

I love meatloaf when I put barbecue sauce on it.

I've never had pasta with green beans in it. Do you just steam them?

i use frozen uncut green beans and i sautee them with the onions and stuff until they're tender

Rolled bacon pudding (made with vegetable suet pastry), a reduction of shallot, red wine and marjoram, with roasted red onion and endives Mediterranean style (plenty of olive oil and tarragon), and baby carrots with sugar snap peas.

Then floured and fried.

You know how it is, once you get on a roll.

A big ole salad with baby spinach, kale, swiss chard, bok choy, onions, bell pepper, hot giardiniera and avacodo. After that settles, a few beers will be on the menu. :D
