Went to a friend's house tonight.   Had almond chicken with steamed rice, pork egg roll, and a peanut butter cookie for dessert.

chicken quesadillas

next week I have three days of not getting home until 1030pm, i have to make a menu up but unsure of what to make. I don't really have time to pre prep dinners like usual and not sure I want to cook so late. I may do Subway one night and salad another night. I am not one to eat out but may have to resort to it.
