Had a visit from Oscar Mayer again, he was nice. Love the Smokies.

My wife made a nice chocolate cake.

getting an early start on the menu for next week so far this is what i've got

Homemade stroganoff chock full of mushrooms and onions, roasted brussel sprouts, and fresh rolls

Country fried steak, mashed taters, creamy country gravy, corn, sauerkraut

Spaghetti and meatballs, bread sticks, salad

Breakfast which i think will be sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries, biscuits, and maybe some sausage gravy as well

Decked out burgers with all the trimmings, fries, and maybe some of my famous baked beans or pasta salad.... perhaps both

While we did homemade pizzas last week, I think i am going to cheat and order pizza out

Breaded chicken sandwiches with ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato, corn on the cob from this past summer, fresh fruit.

dinner at the parents was a birthday celebration for my nephew, his request was chicken pot pie, salad, and homemade red velvet cake with ice cream of course.

was very tasty and all the veggies in the pie got two thumbs up from the grand kids
