Tonight I had, for supper, chicken, stuffing, and best of all for me, butternut squash.

I hadn't had butternut squash in a long time, so it was a good supper for me.

I just popped some pizza rolls in the microwave.

Mrs ZZ had egg rolls.

But she is making a nice apple cobbler from scratch.

I'm making a small turkey. I'll use the carcass to get a head start on my stock for this Thursday.

Half a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of chili. I've been under the weather for the last couple of days.

  • 1 month later...

Tonight we had homemade beef and veggie stew in a thick broth with fresh hot rolls slathered in butter to dip into the broth.

Perfect for this cold night.

Oh and I ate mine wearing my footie pajamas with the butt flap. LOL
