I guess Wendy's. My aunt interrupted me to ask if I would go get us something to eat.  She had money in her hand.  But I was working.  So now I guess I am on my way to Wendys.

Had family and friends over for a cook out.   Hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, baked beans, potato salad, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, cupcakes, banana pudding.   No one went away hungry.

That's a common mistake, it's great when everyone leaves happy and full...

For me that's where it ends

Tried a new recipe called, "Marry Me Chicken".   Sauteed chicken breasts in a creamy parmesan sauce with sundried tomatoes.  Sliced roasted red and gold potatoes, fresh veggies.

how was it?

this seems similar to a creamy tuscan chicken dish I make, the sun dried tomatoes add so much!!.

For my dish I use petite diced tomatoes, a whole package of sundried tomatoes (if i havent made any myself)  fresh chopped spinach, half n half, some chicken boullion cubes, and fresh grated paremsean cheese, and seasoniong of choice, put grilled chicken in and let simmer for 30 minutes.

My renters are having a rough go of things and had to go to a food bank today, they gave them plenty of food but i guess it wasnt what they had in mind and gave what they didnt want to me so I am trying to make some meals from what was in the box. So far I have the makings for a salad, corn on the cob, pulled pork sandwiches and sweet potato fries... another meal I  can make is stuffed peppers though I will need to get hamburger meat but I am going to the store anyways.  I was also pleased to see that they included some poblano, anaheim, jalapeno, and a banana peppers i will be using these to make fajitas tomorrow. There were also a bag of  avocados that were just ripe, they will also be used tomorrow but i cut one open and made a nice healthy snack of it. Food never goes to waste in this house

My son and I treated ourselves to Arby's tonight for supper.   I had a beef and cheddar sandwich, something I haven't eaten in quite awhile.

One of my favorite "guilty" foods

No joke, one time about 10 years back when I was doing 5-6 hours of training a day I walked into Arby's and ordered 5 beef and cheddar's with a large fries...I was only 170 lbs at the time,I ate every bite.

The workers were impressed
