@tcgram I made your chicken recipe last night but I used rice instead of mashed potatoes. It was really good. Thanks!

Had to revise dinner as my son did not want stir fry for supper.   So trying a new recipe for crack chicken tenders, sweet corn, tossed salad.

Made sloppy joes and tater tots. Not my favorite meal but my husband asked for it.

My daughter (and I are) is trying to lose weight. I’ve been trying out lots of healthy recipes. She’s already lost 15 pounds. I don’t know if I have or not. Tonight’s meal for us is a cottage cheese pizza bowl.
Cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato sauce and Turkey pepperoni, layered and heated in the microwave. We’ll see, hopefully it’s good.

I am looking forward to next week when my aunt gets her bottom teeth so she can eat "normally" again.  I have been wanting pizza but I don't get it because she can't eat it and she loves it.

I haven't had sloppy joes since I got divorced in 1982.  It was my ex's favorite too.   I had never had it until I got out of the army and he bought a can of it and asked me to make it.

Stuffed peppers. Using ground Turkey and brown rice for the stuffing. Going to add some spinach to the mixture too. Topped with some tomato sauce and shredded cheese.

I had a frozen eggplant parmesan. It tasted more like lasagna than chicken.

Chicken fajitas...my habanero plants are doing amazing this year already, fermented habanero hot sauce really takes taste to a different level!

Bless the person who came up with "fermenting' mason jars...Awesome :tu:

I always find your dishes interesting because you use a lot of home grown stuff in your recepies.
