Still feeling a bit under the weather so chicken noodle soup for supper.

Well, hope you get past it soon I also have my days feeling under the weather. I just never know when my PTSD will keep me up all night, and it seems that when my sleep cycle is interrupted the worst things get!!!

Wish you the best, take care!:tu:

I have the ham and cheese quiche in the oven, going to have a tossed salad with it.   Oranges or strawberries for dessert.

Been racking my brain trying to figure out dinners for this week and I think I finally got something that will work.

Sausage gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, bacon and homefries

Chicken pot pie

Lasagna and salad

Country fried steaks, green beans, Lima beans, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy

The pot pie and lasagna will be two night meals

Tonight, we had fried chicken with green bean casserole and salad. Shopping here in Korea is different than in the United States, the chickens are still alive, you pick one and they prepare it while you watch, now that’s fresh!:D

@Grim Reaper 6 It was pretty good.   I got some shaved steak on sale and sauteed it with some montreal steak seasoning and a little olive oil.

I'm a decent cook.   Pretty good at throwing things together for meals.   I suck as a baker, though.   LOL

You should try the cheesesteak with Cheese Wiz. I know most like it with provolone but I didn't know traditionally they actually use Cheese Wiz sauce.
