Ok.  I won't be able to make it though.  Now I guess I have to make my own baked Zitti.   :)

I know you're kidding, but seriously, if eggs make you farty, that means you're allergic and shouldn't eat them. I can eat as many as I please and they work really well with my digestive system. Eggs are one of nature's perfect foods so if you can eat them, eat them.

Not right now but I do occasionally go through periods where I try to get very lean. It centers and disciplines me.

I already knew I am allergic to eggs, but maybe everyone in my family is allergic to them.   Some of them love boiled eggs and I can tell when they have been eating them hours later.

Yea, if you're allergic, chances are good that much of your family is, too.

I'm lucky that I can eat all the eggs that I want and they digest perfectly. One of nature's perfect foods.

So does that mean you pretty much can't have dairy products/foods?

Right, I should avoid processed milk, cream, sour cream, ice cream (with real milk in it), most cheese and any eggs.   It is impossible to do that in the american diet but I don't eat eggs unless they are in a cake or cookies and I usually bake my own cookies and omit the eggs in the recipe.   When my brother and I stayed at our grandma's ranch we used to drink as much milk as we could because her milk was right out of the cow and not only tasted wonderful but did not cause the mucus and nervous issues.   We could digest milk but it affected our nervous system    But we couldn't drink grocery store or processed milk.   When I was in grade school my mother had goats and we could drink goat milk.   My dad thought powdered milk should be a good substitute but not only was it awful, it still caused problems for us.   And it had the added effect of no fat so we were twitchy and irritable when we had powdered milk.

Chili and grilled cheese interesting combination. I always eat it with a Peanut Butter Sandwich. I might need to try that.

@Scholar4TruthMost people in my neck of the woods also eat it with a PB&J. I have never understood that combination....lol but I guess its the go to sandwich. Grilled cheese is perfect for dipping in the chili, the crunchinedss of the toasted bread and creaminess of the ooey gooey melted cheese... chilis perfect mate

Goes best with grilled meat, anything from innards to beef, mutton and chicken.

"Nyonya" refers to the little old ladies of the early immigrants from China that married locals in Malaysia and they've been known as magicians in the kitchen since the 13th 14th century...

A lot of their recipes are still legend today.
