For dinner we are having beef vegetable soup. We basically take the beeff roast we had the night before chop it up, add vegetables and a little bit of salt for flavor.

Pork chops! No salt added, I'm experimenting with not adding salt; I consume enough meat to where it occurs in enough quantity naturally. This is going to be harder than quitting smoking. I'm a heavy salt user and my blood pressure is perfect but there's research to suggest that added salt messes with electrolyte balance due to thirst requiring more water intake.

Blueberries and dark chocolate

If it were only me, I would probably be the same way.   My son lives with me so I plan out stuff so we can both cook and eat at a decent hour and save money by not eating out.

I am the same way, my son has recently taken on more of a role with cooking and has become proficient with pork loin and pork chops, burgers and fries, spaghetti and chili

They are grated potatoes formed in small cylinders and deep fried.  Usually they are purchased frozen then browned in the oven.
