Tonight I will make bacon cheeseburgers and top them off with raw spinach, red onion, a squirt of ketchup, on a toasted kaiser bun wih a side of slaw.

Pan sauteed chicken breasts, carrots lightly glazed with garlic herb butter, sweet corn.   Carbtacular supper!!    LOL

It was the one thing my mom loved going to the casino for.   I make my own recipe, New Mexico style chile, frijoles (pinto beans) and hamburger with lots of salsa and cheese.   Frito crunch underneath that makes it just right.

i made chicken noodle soup yesterday and having it again for dinner tonight. I am jarring up some for my daughter in law to take to work in the morning. 

what is everyone in the states doing for thanksgiving? any special dishes?

Tonight was Chicken Chili, I threw some White Rice in and mixed it, turned out well.  For Thanksgiving for dessert we are makinga Cranberry layered dessert  here is a link to it https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/layered-cranberry-dessert/ Some like to use pie crust I personally like Gram Cracker Crust.

Both sides of the family have requested my baked beans, and a dessert called, "Chocolate Sin in a Bowl".   Also deviled eggs have been requested as well.
