yes i know this isnt a traditional christams meal, but my family had its festivities christmas eve and we had a large meal then. we did go to my older brother's house but we didnt stay vrey long as his well pump went out and there was no water at the house. so here i am back  home hungry and let me tell you, the stew hit the spot and there is enough for tomorrow.

Planning my menu for NYE as I am having friends over that night.   Cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, assorted fresh veggies and fruits, mini quiche, pizza, and whatever else I can come up with.

I have been making Korean style pork ribs as a quick treat to bring to parties.  They're super easy, and there are never any left to bring home.
