Chicken breasts browned in butter and olive oil, then placed in a garlic parmesan sauce.   Hot buttered rotini noodles and roasted potatoes, carrots, broccoli and onion.

I tried Hen for the first time yesterday. It was good but the skin was hard to chew. Felt like I was eating rubber. Also had mashed potatoes with Chicken gravy and Corn.

fajitas

salisbury steaks, taters, green beans, lima beans (this will leave me two steaks to use as a breakfast sandwich)

BBQ pork bites, broccoli, broccoli cheddar noodles (this will leave me some extra BBQ bites for a breakfast wrap)

chicken cordon bleu casserole, roasted asparagus

pork chops, taters, green beans, sauerkraut (this will leave me two chops for breakfast with some eggs)

ham, cabbage, pinto beans

Sunday I am having the family over for tacos, rice and beans,  there should be no leftovers

I am going to try my hand at making some bean with bacon soup this week.   I'll let you know if it turns out okay.

That's an interesting combination. PB sandwiches usually at least from what I seen if eaten with any type of soup is oddly tomato.

It's that time of the week where I am getting my menu together this coming week it's:

Burgers and fries

Grilled Chicken wraps

Tcs tomato soup

South of the border casserole and salad

Stroganoff and green beans

I got a gift card for Bob Evans so I'll be going there one day

@Overdueleaf I notice you always have a planned out menu for the week. Do you keep it written on some sort of menu board you have on a wall? 😃

@Scholar4Truth nope no menu board. Its just me so i keep it all in my head. I do a once a week grocery shopping trip so everything i need is in my kitchen. Though I always have homemade canned items on hand in case of emerency or if i dont feel like doing anything more than a heat and eat meal.
