Burgers with pepper jack cheese, red potatoes and onion roasted in the oven.

this weeks menu planning is proving a bit difficult. I do have some carry over meals. i do know I am having the following

ribs, pinto beans and coleslaw

fish, cheddar rice and broccoli, broccoli, roasted carrots

 

the rest is to be determined.... ugh

ham, cheddar, mushroom, spinach, and onion omelettes

Went to a local mom & pop and had a burger called a Harold's Special. It consists of burger, bacon and a fired egg on a bun, Yummy. 🍔

Also had breaded fried mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Health food. ;)

cheesy southwest chicken soup (two night meal)

pork chops, mashed potatoes, green beans

burgers and fries

carry over meals from last week:

omelettes and buttered pan toast

fish, cheddar broccoli rice, broccoli
