Since I've been at the hospital all day, tonight it is lettuce wraps with chicken, spring rolls.   From a local Thai restaurant.   :)

last night was ribs, roasted carrots and cheddar broccoli noodles. I will also have this for leftovers thursday

tonight is mac n cheese and salad, will also have this on Friday

also on the menu:

spaghetti and meatballs 

straganoff and green beans

fish, rice and broccoli

burgers and fries

salisbury steaks, mashed taters, green beans

BBQ pork bites, augratin potatoes, broccoli

chicken, rice, broccoli  casserole

Garlic and herb chicken sounds good, I just had chichen and dumpling too days ago. Tonight, I am going to have 2-inch-thick ribeye steak medium rare, baked Potatoe with sour cream, and a tossed salad.:yes:

I like all Asian food, but I really enjoy Thai food. Here in Korea, we have Thia restaurants however it's not close to Thia Street Food I have eaten when I was in Thailand it just isn't spicy enough!!

So, you were at the hospital I sincerely hope everything is alright!

Took some beef brisket I smoked and froze out,going to saute some onions and peppers, pepper jack and provolone,have some garlic herb french bread...

Have myself a fancy Philly cheese 😆

I was at the hospital the beginning of this month as my mom was in ICU for over a month.
