Sauteed chicken breasts in a truffle infused olive oil, then drizzled with a fig balsamic glaze, garlic carrots, rosemary and garlic potatoes.

Homemade Chicken soup, slow cooked in a crockpot, with fresh chicken, carrots and onions, canned green beans, sweet corn and sweet peas with shell pasta and thick, grilled cheese sandwiches.

I have never had Chicken soup that was added with Corn, Green Beans or Peas or onions. Just the carrots, Chicken and Noodles. That sounds like a step up.

It's breaded and usually it can be beef, pork, chicken or Turkey. You can also use it to make Veal Parmesan.

chicken parmesan, brussel sprouts alfredo noodles

chicken parmesan, salad, creamy garlic noodles

chicken broccoli rice casserole

pork stew

Yes, sometimes I do breakfast for supper.   I am normally not a big eater in the morning.
