im a little late this week but my menu us as follows

spaghetti and meatballs with salad (two night meal)

mississippi pot roast, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots (two night meal)

fried fish fillets, cheddar broccoli rice, broccoli

stromboli and salad

pork chops, augratin potatoes, green beans

I looked up the Mississippi Pot Roast, since I enjoy Pot Roast, I may need to try that soon. Do you use Beef or Pork?

you can use either one, i prefer pork so used a butt roast

it is a bit early but my days have been thrown off by work or not working for that matter, as of today i am on vacation for 5 days. 

so on the menu is my sons postponed birthday dinner

friend chicken tenders, fries, mac n cheese (homemade), salad and steamed broccoli

grilled stuffed burritos with rice and beans

chicken pot pie (two night meal)

broccoli cheese soup (two night meal)

I was in in the grocery store and notice a cake called, "Sock it to Me." So, I bought it. When I ate a piece, I was floored. ;)

Chicken Bhuna in the slow cooker but I used for sauces of it last week I used four sauces of vindaloo but out of this loco I love this slow cooker
