Obama still doesn't feel there are adequate consumer protection. He may still veto this.

I'm not sure about the 'media blackout' bit. I think it's easy to find info on this if wanted.

The House were always going to pass CISPA, just like they passed SOPA. The Senate is where it'll be stopped.

If it get's serious - as you surf your way through the Internet, you'll start running into these:
