What to do?

Ever since I was little I've always believed in the supernatural, the house I grew up in was haunted. It all started when I was six, I had been hearing noises in the room next to me, things would get chucked around, there was screaming and scratching all the time. Things started getting stranger, I'd fall down the stairs a lot; almost as if I was pushed, things would move and hit me. At this point I didn't feel too scared, but at the age of 7 I got dragged off the top bunk of my bed. I was pulled step by step, breaking 3 rips and my ankle.

This carried on until I was 15 and moved, I was battered and bruised all the time. I saw black shadows in the dark, a figure with pure red eyes. I then begun to hear voices, my moods couldn't not be controlled in the slightest.

I moved to a different area of England, but some how it followed me here, things were quiet again for a while, I could only see the eyes watching me, hear it talking to me. I'm now 18 and things are getting worse, I'm hurting myself again, but whenever I do this, I hear a voice telling me to do it, to hurt myself.

I feel my skin being scratched, breathing down my neck, I wake up in the night feeling as though something is pulling my legs, I end up with what is between a claw and a hand print burned into my skin. It's getting worse, I feel cold all the time, and feel as though I am losing myself. I try not to fear this, but I cannot. I don't know what to do anymore.

Can anyone relate to this, or give me advice?

I spoke to my dad when I lived with him, he didn't really care, told me I was insane and sent me away, I now live with my Mother, she doesn't believe in it, when she saw the marks she just turned away and refused to aknowledge it.

Could have been your mom and dad making you a sibling!

You say something tells you to hurt yourself. Have you talked to a doctor about this? I am not a skeptic but you have to rule out medical problems first.

CRY, my parents don't live together, nor do either have partners, so I can rule that out.

Hilander, yes I have, I have Bi-polar, so I have too, but I know this isn't just insanity. Whenever my friends have tried to help me, they have been scratched, and bruised. And not by me.

Wow that sounds serious. Is there anyone in your area that could help you with this, maybe a priest? Sounds like you have something attached to you. Maybe it followed you from your old house. Do you know any history of your old house.

Noone that I know of, I just really don't know what to do. It doesn't help that I'm not religious, so a few churches I've been to have turned me away. My old house doesn't have any history, it was newly built when we moved in, but my dad did play the Ouija board around me when I was 6. Which makes me think a little.

So when you were a child, 'falling' off your bunk bed and breaking ribs and an ankle, constantly falling down the stairs and getting bruised, bloody and battered, your parents just sent you away or didn't acknowledge it? You sound like you were the victim of gross child neglect. I'm sorry. :(

Safe to say I didn't have the nicest childhood. But it doesn't particularly matter so much now. My parents are... Difficult.

Your guard knew you had a very rough life ahead & so it was rough with you from the start to try & temper you quickly. If you want to hurt yourself & it says go ahead, it is just taking a neautral approach to the situation. It needs you to make choices for yourself in life. You were sent to earth to take part in life. Sometimes they tell you the opposite thing in an attempt at using reverse psychology.

We're all given a guard at birth that holds our souls in our bodies & these are the beings that people are encountering in myriad myriad paranormal experiences throughout the world.

The only thing you should do is befriend your guard. It will be like a big god which is angry & terrifying & difficult to comprehend, so you may not like to be friends with such a being. It's really the only way forwards. Once you befriend the guard it settles down & is happy knowing that you know the guard is actually there.

Sorry if I come across as nosy and rude, but I want to ask some questions. Try and remember things if you can.

What kind of "noises" were you hearing in the next room when this started?

What did your parents do when you were thrown off the bed and broke some bones?

Did your parents always react uncaring even as a kid when you suffered bruises?

What did they do when you fell down the stairs?

You say your dad played with a oiuja board around the time you were six years old, so this makes me judge your parents as being quite reckless and into the occult, or were. They're not religious and I assume you meant that, but churches ignored you when you went seeing their help. What reason did they give?

I don't believe this is a benign spirit or even a psychological illness. I think something happened way back in your earliest childhood, around age six, that brought on this negative and frightening experience. Have you spoken much to your mum?

What kind of household was that? Did your parents fight?

Sometimes bad energy is attracted to unhappy homes. Sinister entites might be involved and it needs to go. You don't need the church. You can also rely on other people such as a good psychic, medium, healer, Native American elder or shaman, even a psychiatrist will listen. You need to let go of this entity. Is there something from your childhood (like an object) that you still hang onto?

Btw do you have siblings? If so what do they say?

Sorry for all these questions. Hope you get the help you need.

Oh, that sounds awful. Have you found a place to move into temporarily? At least it would get you out of harm's way.

Have you also considered putting a video camera to capture some activity?

Im sorry to hear all this, you are only 18. I'm going to be honest here because I don't think you are delusional, if I thought you were suffering from a schizophrenia I would take a different approach. But in truth, in seeing symptoms of something else, so I am going to run with it.

You are suffering from a runaway sleep disorder. My guess is something is happening during your rem cycle and you are encountering altered states of conciousness mixed with the typical shadow manifestations. These ocurances and the beliefs you attach to them can also lead to depression which i think is starting to happen which is only going to make it worse. Is this only at your house? Have things happened out and about? If so narcolepsy is a possibility.

You should have a sleep study done IMEADIATLY. If you have a sleep condition and your body is not resting the right way or you are haveing seizures this could get worse and worse. A remedy might be as simple as a liquid iron supplement , or a simple medication, but only a neurologist is going to be able to help with that. Sometimes they do not recommend a specialist, so you take the initiative and bring your sleep study results to a neurologist yourself.

Good luck. If you need some help overcoming some of your episodes pm me, I can be of some assistance.

Try saying the lords prayer. Try talking to a pastor or minister. Perhaps you need to accept Jesus as saviour and get baptized. Tell the spirit to leave you alone in the name of Jesus. Ancient jews who because the first Christians realized that the name of Jesus was powerful! The very name of Jesus (or Yeshua-hebrew name for Jesus) would scare away evil spirits. Just a thought.
