Perspective, correct positioning of light and shadow, followed by taking the picture at just the right angle. Also bending the drawing tablet in the middle to 90 degrees, as he did, really helps too. No magic required. ;)

Got give the artist at least a 9.0 on his work. Damn near excellent!

Great talent !

I've seen 3-d artist renderings on sidewalks and such as well.

Incredible what they can achieve, visualizing the perspective of an outside viewer while doing what they do.

Very nice.
