Still Waters Posted May 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Art collectors are quickly snapping up paintings created by a former racing horse, with some aficionados comparing the works to those of famous abstract expressionists. The horse artist phenom is Metro Meteor. Before bad knees ended his career on the track, he was considered to be one of the fastest turf sprinters at Belmont and Saratoga. He won eight races and $300,000 in purse money. Now he’s retired and into painting. http://news.discover...lock-130506.htm
freetoroam Posted May 7, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Not a bad painting actually. I have seen worse by human painters. Would like to see the horse move onto portraits next.
Clarakore Posted May 7, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Wonder if there would be any fractal patterns found in these as can be found in a Pollock?
Ashotep Posted May 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Lots of people take up painting after retirement, why not a horse too.
