Chalking hopscotch on path is criminal damage

Officers reportedly reprimanded Lilly Allen, 10, earlier this week as she drew the traditional game’s outline on the pavement was akin to criminal damage.

She was issued the warning after making the outlines in white chalk, which washes away in rain.

Give me a break, its a kid, it will be gone when it rains. Can't seem to figure out what officers were in the area or you don't want to.

Ah, so they can`t catch the graffiti culprits so they pick on a 10 year old girl as a substitute for their jobs worthiness addiction! monkey-shaking-head-smiley-emoticon.gif

I am just astound by how pathetic the world has become .

We lived for hopscotch ,and drawing with chalk all over the place ....

They should habe arrested her . Yeah . Tough cops ....FAIL
