Mexico Now Fattest Country

Looks like the US had its title taken away from them by Mexico but only a slim margin. However some pacific island nations are far fatter. Their adult obesity rate is 60 to 71 percent while the US is 31.8 and Mexico's is 32.8.

So which country is the fattest then? Mexico or one of the Pacific island nations?

This is proof New Mexico truly is an extension of old Mexico.

I would say the pacific island nations but for some reason they aren't counting them and I don't understand that.

Obesity among Pacific Islanders is among the highest in the world, regardless of the island. Obesity may be due to a genetic predisposition and a cultural preference toward being heavy, but there is a high prevalence of physical inactivity among this population. Attitudes toward obesity are slowly changing, however, and it is gradually being viewed as unhealthy. Small studies that have placed obese and diabetic individuals on traditional diets have shown very good results, as individuals lost weight and diabetics were able to reduce or eliminate the need for insulin.

Could the cartel violence and many afraid to go outdoors have anything to do with it?

I highly doubt that.
