I seriously doubt a truly hypothetical spiritually enlightened/fulfilled entity has much want and/or need for shiny toys, and would do quite well with all that is beautiful around it, including toilet paper leaves. I was under the assumption that spiritually fulfilled means accepting and reveling in all that is, as opposed to disliking what you're stuck with or wanting something better.
