_Only Posted July 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2013 Well, some armchair engineers have already been able to faithfully power electrical appliances using only water. Their method eliminates the middle man.

Timothy Posted July 20, 2013 #9 Share Posted July 20, 2013 1. English people are weird. 2. Will we have to be dehydrated for this to work? Eg. there's not a lot of useful stuff in hydrated urine. 3. There are enough dirty people around who don't wash their hands now. This won't help.

Asadora Posted July 20, 2013 #11 Share Posted July 20, 2013 ....oh... just had a thought.... One could pee on their phone, the phone takes a sample and analyzes it before emailing the data results to the person's employer for a monthly drug test. Even creepier if the phone reminded you on the day by saying, 'It's time for your drug test.' Ponderous.

Timothy Posted July 24, 2013 #17 Share Posted July 24, 2013 So will you have to keep an infant handy as a secondary charger? Or an incontinent adult. More charge there I believe. Would take up more space than an infant though...
